All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, property conditions, and scheduling.

2. Estimates

We proudly offer free estimates for most residential and commercial landscaping services.

All estimates provided by Rainfall Landscape Service LLC are based on the information available at the time of the visit or consultation. Final pricing may change if:

The scope of work changes

Hidden conditions are discovered

Additional materials or labor are required

The customer requests extra services

Estimates are not guaranteed until approved and scheduled.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

We do our best to arrive and complete projects on time. However, landscaping and irrigation work may be affected by:

Weather conditions

Material availability

Equipment issues

Job site access

Seasonal demand

Rainfall Landscape Service LLC reserves the right to reschedule services if necessary. We will communicate any major scheduling changes as soon as possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Ensure clear and safe access to the work area

Inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, electrical lines, septic systems, or other hidden property hazards

Secure pets before service begins

Remove vehicles, furniture, or obstacles that may interfere with work

Rainfall Landscape Service LLC is not responsible for delays or issues caused by restricted access or undisclosed site conditions.

5. Payments

Payment is due according to the agreement made at the time of service.

We may require:

Full payment upon completion

Partial deposits for larger landscaping or irrigation projects

Progress payments for multi-phase jobs

Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed future service or collection efforts if necessary.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask that you notify us as early as possible.

For larger scheduled projects, cancellation after materials have been purchased or labor has been scheduled may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Warranty and Workmanship

We strive to provide quality workmanship and professional service.

Any workmanship concerns should be reported within a reasonable time after service completion. Warranty coverage, if offered, may vary depending on:

Rainfall Landscape Service LLC is not responsible for the health, growth, or survival of installed landscape materials if proper watering, maintenance, or environmental conditions are not maintained after service.
